The collaboration between Montblanc and Ferrari continues with the launch of the Meisterstück Great Masters Ferrari Tailor Made Classica Special Edition, the first edition in a trilogy celebrating the art of personalization and bespoke craftsmanship embodied by Ferrari’s Tailor Made program.
The Classica edition connects Montblanc’s iconic Meisterstück luxury writing instrument collection with Ferrari’s legendary GT cars of the 1950s and 1960s.
The writing instruments draw their design inspiration from classic Ferrari automobiles, incorporating distinctive details such as mahogany wood and a black lacquer stripe reminiscent of the steering wheels found in Ferrari’s celebrated grand tourers of that era.
Ferrari’s famous Prancing Horse emblem is subtly incorporated into the design, while the Montblanc emblem crowning the cap appears in yellow – a reference to the color traditionally associated with Modena, the birthplace of Ferrari founder Enzo Ferrari.
Bringing together two icons of European luxury, the Classica Special Edition translates Ferrari’s tradition of automotive personalization into the world of fine writing instruments, combining Montblanc craftsmanship with details inspired by some of the most elegant GT cars in Ferrari history.
