Art Nouveau Masterpiece. David Oscarson 25th Silver Anniversary French Blue
Designed by American artist-manufacturer David Oscarson, the 25th Silver Anniversary pen series is a breathtaking tribute to the Art Nouveau style. Each pen is crafted from 0.925 sterling silver and incorporates **ten shades of hard enamel—both translucent and opaque—applied across 15 engraved sections featuring intricate guilloché patterns. Every component is meticulously hand-engraved, kiln-fired multiple times, and polished by hand to achieve a flawless finish.
The clip and cap draw inspiration from René Lalique’s iconic Dragonfly-Woman Corsage, created for French stage actress Sarah Bernhardt and exhibited at the 1900 Paris World’s Fair. The pen’s decorative language also evokes a reinterpretation of La Plume (“The Feather”), the celebrated 1899 illustration by Czech painter and designer Alphonse Mucha, one of the pioneers of Art Nouveau.
The grip section is adorned with hard enamel and set with luxurious onyx stones, adding both visual depth and tactile refinement. The collection is available in nine distinct color combinations, each strictly limited to 25 fountain pens and 25 rollerball pens.
Fountain pen price: approximately €6,400.
