Renowned pen designer David Oscarson presents the Crystal Lavender GT, part of an extraordinary collection described as the world’s first writing instruments crafted from crystal.
The collection is offered in four distinctive color variations, with each version limited to just 128 pieces – 100 fountain pens and 28 rollerball pens.
At the heart of each writing instrument is English lead crystal, shaped through an elaborate artisanal process. Each crystal component is individually hand-blown, cut and polished using traditional techniques associated with an 18th-century brick-cutting lathe, giving every pen a distinctive character and remarkable brilliance.
Crystal, Gold and Enamel
Within the crystal body are components crafted from 925 sterling silver and 18-karat gold, complemented by multiple layers of hand-applied enamel.
Every metal component undergoes a series of meticulous engraving processes, including the traditional guilloché technique, in which precise geometric patterns are mechanically engraved into the surface.
The combination of transparent crystal, precious metals and richly detailed enamel transforms the Crystal Lavender GT from a writing instrument into a miniature work of decorative art.
An 18K Gold Nib
Each fountain pen is fitted with a German-made 18-karat gold nib, finished in rhodium and equipped with an iridium tip for durability and a refined writing experience.
