From Jalisco to the Negev – A Unique Tequila Journey
Negave (נֶגַבַה – a fusion of Negev and Agave) is a tequila that begins its story in the fertile volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico, and completes its transformation under the blazing sun and mineral-rich terroir of Israel’s Negev desert. Crafted from mature blue agave harvested in the Tequila Valley, this spirit bridges two worlds: Mexico’s centuries-old tradition and Israel’s bold innovation.
The project is guided by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero, one of the most respected figures in the tequila industry, ensuring authenticity with a unique regional twist.
