This is the most breathtaking timepiece in the collection celebrating 175 years since the founding of Patek Philippe. Its bezel is set with 70 diamonds, encircling a 38mm case crafted from rose gold. The World Time model is one of the brand’s iconic designs, featuring an automatic caliber, a moonphase complication, a display of 24 time zones, day/night indication, and a 24-hour indicator. The case back is adorned with a unique engraving marking the 175th anniversary of the maison, and the years 1839 to 2014.
This version of the watch was produced in a limited edition of just 450 pieces. The timepiece is exceptional not only for its rarity and its commemoration of the occasion, but also for the way the moonphase is displayed – prominently and with a high degree of realism at the center of the dial. This was made possible by an exceptionally thin caliber. The price of the watch is approximately $80,000.
