Star Gazer Hermle Tellurium
The Tellurium clock replicates the Earth’s annual journey around the Sun while simultaneously rotating on its axis every 24 hours. The Moon, in turn, orbits the Earth every 29.5 days. This cyclical movement allows the clock to display the Moon’s appearance as seen from Earth. Throughout the year, the Earth passes through the 12 zodiac signs and their corresponding days, which are engraved on a flat disc. The clock is powered by a mainspring with an eight-day power reserve and features chimes from four different bells. The hands are designed like those on the grand clock towers of Europe, with the seconds indicator positioned on a sub-dial at 12 o’clock. Price: approximately $10,000.
