Piaget joins the rising trend of high-end sports watches in skeletonized versions. In this case, less material on the dial and caliber creates a stunningly intricate visual experience. The 42mm steel case features an ultra-slim profile, measuring just 6.5mm thick, with transparent sapphire crystals on both sides that reveal the mesmerizing inner workings of the watch.
The caliber, crafted in-house by Piaget, has been meticulously stripped of excess material, achieving a highly minimalist skeleton aesthetic. It features automatic winding with a 44-hour power reserve. A platinum micro-rotor, positioned off-center, is decorated with the brand’s emblem, while the stationary components of the caliber have been treated with a striking blue anodized finish. The dial is reduced to a slim outer ring with hour markers.
Price: approximately $29,000.
