Davidoff Winston Churchill Limited Edition 2025 The Artist
Winston Churchill is renowned as one of the greatest statesmen in history, yet few know that between making momentous decisions, he often found solace in painting. Davidoff, known for its tradition of releasing limited editions within the Winston Churchill series, has chosen this year to pay tribute to the artistic side of Sir Winston’s personality.
Presented in the classic Churchill vitola, measuring 7 x 48, this medium-bodied cigar features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper that delivers rich aromas of nuts and delicate caramel, complemented by nougat sweetness and hints of white pepper and citrus. The Mexican binder encases a blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. The second third reveals flavors of espresso alongside roasted nuts, black pepper, toasted bread, and touches of wood. In the final third, cedar takes center stage, accompanied by fresh spices and notes of ginger.
The edition is limited to 18,000 boxes of ten cigars each. The inside of the box lid showcases Churchill’s 1924 painting Cork Trees Near Mimizan, which also appears on the cigar’s secondary band. The bottom of the box is designed in the shape of an artist’s paint palette. Suggested retail price: ₪383 per cigar.
