Amarone is considered a special wine, a wine for connoisseurs. It is produced in a unique process where the grapes are dried on racks, up to 60% drying, to concentrate the sugars. They then undergo many meticulous tests and procedures, and finally become a dry red wine. A very defined wine, with 15% alcohol, wonderfully balanced, smooth and delicate, with fruit in the background and spices. Elegant, with a long future ahead for many years.
