The inspiration for this creation comes from two main sources: the first is the way the brand’s founders designed their regulators (a display where the hour and minute hands are separated), and the second is the classic table clocks from two centuries ago, whose internal structure was conical and used a system of chains and weights. The caliber is constructed on three levels: a tourbillon and two power reserve indicators, above them a transparent dial displaying the time, and on the third level, a rhodium ring indicating the minutes. This creates a three-dimensional appearance with many elements happening simultaneously. The two springs are connected at six o’clock, and from there, a series of gears drives the visible mechanism. The case is made of rose gold with a diameter of 44.6 mm. Sapphire on both sides contributes to the transparent look and reveals all the intricacies of the caliber. The movement is made in-house, has a manual wind, and a power reserve of 90 hours. Only 28 units are produced—price: approximately $50,000.
