The Italian luxury brand Visconti is launching the seventh edition of its *Il Magnifico* pen series, dedicated to Lorenzo de’ Medici (“Lorenzo the Magnificent”). De’ Medici, a leader of Florence, was also renowned as a patron of Renaissance culture and an important supporter of prominent artists of the time. The pen’s unique appearance is achieved through a combination of elegant and rare white Italian Carrara marble, the same used in projects by artists like Michelangelo and Donatello, yellow gold veins mined from the Apennine Mountains, and brass. The pen’s cap is adorned with decorative elements that reflect Florentine tradition, made of metal and coated in gold, with the same material used for the clip. The price of the pen: approximately 2,400 euros.
