Villa Zamorano Danlí Robusto
The Villa Zamorano Danlí Robusto (5 x 50) is a heartfelt tribute to the cigar capital of Honduras. Introduced by Maya Selva Cigars in late 2024, it is a true Honduran puro, with every component sourced from the country’s rich tobacco-growing regions.
The Danlí is wrapped in a distinctive Carmelita leaf developed specifically for the line, displaying an oily reddish-brown hue and a deep, inviting aroma. The binder comes from the Trojes region, while the filler is a carefully balanced blend of tobaccos from the Jamastran Valley and Azacualpa. The leaves undergo a triple fermentation process, creating an exceptional balance between strength and aromatic complexity.
The city of Danlí, known as the “City of Hills,” lies in eastern Honduras amid lush pine forests. It is widely regarded as the beating heart of the country’s cigar industry, alongside its renowned tobacco, coffee, and corn production.
Medium-bodied and dressed in a dark Colorado wrapper, this cigar delivers a rich, characterful smoking experience. It captures the essence of Honduran terroir—fertile soil, crisp mountain air, and decades of tobacco-growing and cigar-making expertise.
In true Villa Zamorano tradition, the quality far exceeds its price point, making the Danlí Robusto one of the finest values in the Honduran cigar world.
