The name “Continental” conjures images of long-distance travel at high speeds, all wrapped in supreme comfort – precisely the experience Bentley aimed to deliver to its fortunate clients in the 1950s. The inline-six engine boasts an enormous displacement of 4.9 liters and generates 178 horsepower. Developed by Rolls-Royce, the engine was, as expected, incredibly smooth in operation and perfectly balanced.
