Bourget Python Chopper 2004 – American V-Twin Custom Motorcycle
The Burmese python can grow up to six meters in length and hunts its prey by constriction. The Python by Arizona-based Bourget is shorter—and far more environmentally friendly.
The Bourget workshop was founded some thirty years ago and takes pride in the fact that 98 percent of the components used in its motorcycles are made in the United States, by American workers. The Python shown here is finished in a deep Cobalt Blue, complemented by gleaming chrome accents. Its sweeping exhaust pipes and twisted tubular frame echo the sinuous coils of a snake’s body.
A massive 33-centimeter-wide rear tire stands in dramatic contrast to the slender front wheel. Power comes from a 2.03-liter V-Twin engine, delivering the kind of muscular presence one would expect from a machine bearing the Python name.
Price: $8,800.
