The Aurora pen is a limited edition piece, numbering 1,919 units to commemorate the company’s founding year. It pays homage to the renowned Italian artist Leonardo da Vinci, aiming to blend writing, art, and science. The pen, approximately 14 cm long, features a sharp and elegant nib made of 18-karat pure gold, attached to a black resin engraved body. Several nib types are available for selection.
The connection to Leonardo da Vinci is articulated through various elements of the pen. Da Vinci crafted codices during his creative years, focusing on bird flight as part of his fascination with aviation. Thus, you’ll find intricate engravings on the pen’s body derived from his codices, capturing visual attention. These diverse elements come together to create a shared “movement,” echoing da Vinci’s exploration of bird flight and aviation as a whole.

The pen’s cap and grip are gold-plated. Its body is coated with Gold Vermeil – a thick layer of gold over sterling silver (925). Alongside traditional elements reflecting Italian artistry, the pen features a unique internal mechanism resembling a pulley for ink filling.
It is presented in an elegant box made of wood and satin, with custom-designed paperweights. Price: 3,600 euros.
