Patek Philippe adds a new model to its Calatrava collection, featuring a fascinating and original complication—a “digital” date display at the center of the dial. The day of the week, date, and month are shown in a single, large, and eye-catching window. For this model, a new movement has been developed with automatic winding, along with an additional module for the date display (three patents were filed along the way). There is also a second indicator at 6 o’clock, with a moonphase complication below it. This intricate movement is housed within a platinum case with a satin finish, measuring 41.3 mm in diameter. The blue dial features gold indicators, and around its perimeter is the signature “railway track” design typical of the brand. A matching alligator leather strap complements the elegant look. Price: $130,000.
