King Arthur: Royal Enfield Bandit9 Arthur II
In 2018, Royal Enfield commissioned Daryl Villanueva of the Bandit9 atelier to create a limited-run, bespoke motorcycle series—thus, Arthur was born. Now, the two reunite for a second take, aptly named Arthur II.
The foundation is the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, but the transformation goes far beyond skin deep. Sections of the frame have been reshaped to soften the lines, with corresponding revisions to the swingarms and suspension. The fuel tank features hand-hammered oval knee indents, the seat has been completely redesigned and upholstered in hand-stitched leather, and the tail section is smoothly rounded, drawing inspiration from classic café racer silhouettes.
Finally—and unmistakably—everything is finished in chrome. Quite literally everything. The result is the intensely luminous, instantly recognizable aesthetic that defines the model.
Only nine examples of the Arthur II will be produced, each priced at $26,000.
