In honor of its 85th anniversary, the Italian luxury pen manufacturer Montegrappa has released a limited edition of 85 pens inspired by the game Monopoly. The collection includes two models: a fountain pen and a rollerball pen, designed in a luxurious Art Deco style with typical Italian flair. Each pen features iconic elements from the game, highlighted in flat relief.
Crafted in a distinctive green hue, each pen is individually handcrafted, incorporating rare metals and gemstones, including resin and sterling silver finish. The clip of the pen is embellished with gemstones, inspired by Mr. Monopoly’s cane, and the cap’s finial, in silver color, is made of 18-karat gold.
The pen is presented in a yellow packaging resembling a Monopoly game board, also designed by Montegrappa, along with a basic game board and eight player tokens made of sterling silver alloy. The price: 4,800 euros.
