Tushek & Spigel Supercars is another esoteric manufacturer attempting to break into the lucrative world of hypercars. The company’s development center was established at a military airfield near the city of Graz in Austria, where the runways are used for testing vehicles. Tushek was founded by Slovenian racing driver Aljoša Tushek, who understands that the key to high performance isn’t just raw power, but also minimizing weight. Hence, the TS 900, with its 1,332 horsepower, weighs only 1,350 kilograms – a sensational ratio of 1.01 kilograms per horsepower, a figure many manufacturers strive to achieve. Only 36 cars will be produced. Price starts at $1.62 million.
