Monte-Carlo Cigar Club – Casino de Monte-Carlo, Monaco

Monte Carlo is one of the world’s most iconic symbols of the good life, and this spring (April–May 2026), the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo is set to unveil a cigar club that may leave even the most seasoned luxury connoisseurs speechless.

Expected to become a global benchmark in its field, the club is the result of a partnership between Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, owner of some of the world’s finest luxury hotels, and cigar distributor Dominique London, whose portfolio includes several premium cigar brands. Together, they have created an institution of refined exclusivity—a true sanctuary of luxury for cigar aficionados.

Housed in a historic building dating back to 1863, the club spans approximately 200 square meters. It will feature an elegant smoking lounge, a sophisticated bar, and a vast walk-in humidor with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and the Mediterranean Sea. International specialists were brought in to perfect the humidity conditions within the state-of-the-art humidor, ensuring optimal preservation for more than 35,000 collectible items, including an exceptional selection of rare Cuban and Nicaraguan cigars.

The design embodies the timeless appeal of old-money luxury and understated elegance, highlighted by a grand marble bar and exquisite glass displays showcasing an impressive collection of premium spirits, cognacs, brandies, whiskies, and more. In a separate area—carefully designed not to disturb the club’s tranquil atmosphere—guests will find elegant roulette tables and card gaming rooms.

The vision behind the project is clear: to bring distinctive luxury experiences to Monaco that celebrate tradition, craftsmanship, and refinement. Based on what has been revealed so far, the developers appear to have achieved exactly that.

There is only one catch, at least for the initial launch: access will be reserved exclusively for members and their guests, under a highly selective membership policy. Only a privileged few will have the opportunity to enjoy one of the finest cigar selections assembled from the world’s leading producers.
