Pershing’s New Luxury Yacht
The GTX70 is the newest and most compact model in Pershing’s innovative GTX range. The Italian shipyard has built its reputation on fast, aggressive sport yachts, and this approximately 22-metre model introduces a fresh interpretation of that philosophy, combining high-performance cruising with significantly enhanced space and comfort.
The exterior, designed by Vallicelli Design, retains Pershing’s unmistakably aggressive character, with a distinctive bow, flowing profile and a classic palette of silver and black. Despite its relatively compact dimensions, the yacht also incorporates an additional Sportbridge without compromising its sleek, dynamic lines.
By eliminating traditional side passages in key areas, the designers have created an exceptionally wide saloon, furnished with sophisticated contemporary design elements.
One of the GTX70’s defining features is its “360-degree concept” on the main deck. The galley is positioned toward the aft section of the yacht, creating a seamless connection between the saloon, cockpit and outdoor living areas.
Expansive windows and minimal visual barriers flood the interior with natural light while providing panoramic views of the sea.
The yacht features an impressive 42-square-metre beach club, made possible by fold-down side terraces that substantially increase the yacht’s usable width while at anchor.
The 16-square-metre Sportbridge provides another outdoor entertainment area, complete with a sunbathing zone, seating, a bar and an additional helm station.
The GTX70 is constructed entirely from fiberglass and features a planing hull designed to deliver impressive performance while maintaining stability and comfort, including in more challenging sea conditions.
Power comes from three Volvo Penta D13-IPS1200 engines, each producing 900 horsepower, for a combined output of 2,700 hp. The yacht reaches a top speed of 35 knots and cruises at approximately 30 knots.
Accommodation is designed for up to six guests in three cabins. These include a full-beam owner’s suite positioned amidships, a VIP cabin in the bow and an additional guest cabin.
