The Valhalla 55 Sport Yacht by Valhalla Boatworks, a sister brand within the legendary Viking yacht-building family, offers a fresh and contemporary interpretation of the luxury sport yacht, combining formidable American performance with the comfort, craftsmanship and refinement for which Viking is renowned.
The Valhalla 55 Sport Yacht measures 55 feet, 7 inches in length and blends aggressive American performance with an impressive level of comfort, craftsmanship and finish.
The model introduces a contemporary approach to onboard living. One of its most distinctive features is a pair of electrically operated fold-down side terraces, each measuring approximately 2.3 square meters. When deployed, they dramatically open the cockpit to the sea, expand the usable deck area and provide convenient access to the water through integrated boarding ladders.
The cockpit itself can be configured in several ways. Owners can choose a lounge arrangement with a table and L-shaped summer kitchen, a full-width summer kitchen complemented by U-shaped dining, or a dining area with an outdoor bar.
In every configuration, the aft bulkhead incorporates a powered window that opens the helm deck to the cockpit, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The boat is also available in a Sportfish Edition with an aft-facing mezzanine, rod holders and offshore fishing equipment.
Luxury continues below deck, where the interior design and layout are by Viking. The master stateroom is positioned forward and features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. An additional guest stateroom is located amidships, providing comfortable accommodation for guests.
A well-equipped galley and an L-shaped dinette that converts into an additional berth complete the interior living space. An optional HD television can descend from the underside of the hardtop, allowing guests to enjoy entertainment while relaxing on the aft deck.
The yacht’s performance is built around the Stepped-V Ventilated Tunnel (SVVT) running surface developed by Michael Peters Yacht Design. Power comes from four Mercury 600-horsepower outboard engines, delivering a combined output of 2,400 horsepower. The Valhalla 55 Sport Yacht is capable of a top speed of 63 mph.
