The earliest versions of Breitling’s Top Time were created to capture the upbeat, electric spirit of the 1960s. It started with several Chevrolet Corvette–themed editions, inspired by the iconic classic race car.
The Breitling Top Time B21 Chevrolet Corvette pushes that idea further with a design loaded with automotive cues: a wood-grain dial that echoes the steering wheel of the vintage Corvette, a racing-style strap reminiscent of a steering-wheel cover, and a tourbillon positioned at 12 o’clock. There’s also a “squircle” (a circle-square hybrid) minute counter inspired by the Corvette’s rev gauge—another detail that strengthens the dashboard-and-dials vibe.
The case is crafted in black ceramic, paired with titanium elements including the crown, buckle, and caseback.
