The Transparent Cherry
At first glance, the most striking feature of the KV20i Reserved Cherry by Finnish watchmaker Voutilainen is its vivid cherry-red color. This distinctive hue sets it apart from a similar blue model with nearly identical specifications that the company introduced not long ago.
The 39 mm case is crafted from polished titanium and is fitted with a flat, finely fluted crown. The transparent dial is hand-made and finished with traditional guilloché decoration, showcasing the movement in all its glory. Also visible are the soldered teardrop-shaped lugs, accented in a matching cherry-red tone.
The cherry color extends to the minute track surrounding the dial and even to the hand-stitched fabric strap. The result is a strikingly cohesive aesthetic that highlights the watch’s artisanal character.
