Double Heart. Lederer Central Impulse Chronometer
Limited edition – only 25 units. The watch, whose caliber caused a stir at the Swiss chronometry competition where it was presented as a prototype, has now matured into a finished product and is nothing short of breathtaking. First, the dial: it combines traditional engraving, but with two openings on the left side. Two circles connect, forming the number eight and the infinity symbol, inside of which the hands move in opposite directions, harmoniously interweaving in their motion. On the back – through a completely transparent case back, one can view an extraordinary caliber with a three-dimensional architecture, featuring two barrels. Two main springs transfer power to the barrels, which in turn transfer it to a central balance wheel that drives the hands. The white gold case, with a diameter of 44mm and a height of 12.2mm, is fastened to the wrist with a blue or black alligator leather strap. Price: $140,000.
