MB&F T-Rex. A Living Dinosaur
This is a watch that demands attention. Minimalist in design, it features a vibrant Murano glass dial, while the rest is a mechanical and organic celebration of stainless steel, perched on metal legs with menacing claws inspired by the T-Rex, the apex predator of the dinosaur era. Time is displayed by stainless steel hour and minute hands emerging from the center of the colorful, convex glass. The look is organic and takes some getting used to. Behind the dial, within a round, open steel cage, lies a mechanical caliber with 138 parts, including a mainspring with an eight-day power reserve and a balance wheel beating at 18,000 vibrations per hour.
