Roger Dubuis Excalibur Twofold – Glow in the Dark
Act fast on this timepiece – a limited edition of just eight units… This watch showcases a fascinating experiment in the processing of composite materials. The case is made from a material developed by Roger Dubuis, never before used in wristwatches. It’s crafted from a single block and machined to create space for the caliber inside. Sapphire crystals are on both sides, with dimensions of 45 mm in diameter and 15 mm in height. The manually wound caliber, produced in-house by Roger Dubuis, offers a 50-hour power reserve. It features two tourbillons and displays hours and minutes. Parts of the skeleton dial and hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova, which emits a greenish glow in the dark. Even sections of the white rubber strap glow in the dark, adding a novel touch. To ensure this rare timepiece stays securely on your wrist, it is equipped with a double titanium clasp. Price: $276,000.
