TAG Heuer, the luxury watchmaker closely associated with the world of motor racing, has unveiled a new model celebrating LVMH Group’s sponsorship agreement with the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix. The watch’s design pays tribute to the brand’s historic stopwatches, which were once used for official timekeeping in Formula 1 races, and features TAG Heuer’s traditional color scheme of black, white, and red.
The 38mm timepiece is equipped with a 30-minute chronograph movement and features a Grade 2 titanium case with a black sandblasted DLC coating. The dial incorporates a chapter ring displaying the hours, a date window, and two sub-dials: the left sub-dial records the chronograph minutes elapsed since activation, while the right sub-dial serves as the running seconds display for standard timekeeping rather than the race timer.
Inspired by the original Monaco watches of the 1960s, the crown is positioned at 9 o’clock.
Price: €10,000.
